First time dining at any sort of pot, and our group of 4 had a great time at kPot. It's definitely worth watching some videos just to get an idea how it works but the servers are super helpful. Pro tip on hot pot: wait till the absolute end when you're ready to eat the hot pot to add noodles, otherwise, they will cook over the course of your 2-hour meal and be soggy by the end.

Really cool dining experience. The restaurant itself looks so nice inside. Very clean. Grilling the food with friends is a fun add on. I personally like making the hot pot more. You can order as much as you want in a 2 hour period and cook to your heart's content

Glad to have a branch of this restaurant chain in our area! An extensive selection of meats and vegetables, with a great bar of sauces and side items. The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is very efficient. Kudos to MATT, our waiter! We'll come here again!

This is our 3rd time here in 6 months. We got BOTH the BBQ and HotPot during this visit but you can do either/or. It may be a little confusing trying to figure out what to order but the staff is extremely friendly and will help you out. There is a small buffet available and the kimchi is so fresh tasting! There is a large variety of items to choose from which easily accommodates all diet types. The only thing I would change is their location. This mall doesn't do any upkeep with the parking lot so it feels like you're going through an obstacle course trying to get to the storefront. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and I will DEFINITELY be back again!

Never been to one of these so was not sure what to expect. Our waitress patiently explained the process and options. We decided to stick with the hot pot and tried different soup bases. We ordered different meats, veggies, noodles and other things. The soup comes in large pots that you warm up using personal induction units. You load them up with your choices and when cooked, eat away. It's an all you can eat setup so you can stay am eat till you burst ... and we saw some people try! My one complaint about the environment was that the music level was way too high so we could not talk without screaming. Nice experience but probably not one we'll repeat regularly.
